Rushmoor CAB undertakes email advice, subject to the following:

    1) By sending in this e-mail you agree to us storing information about you and your enquiry. (The Data Protection Act 1998 requires us to obtain your explicit consent to keep personal records about you.)

    2) You live or work in the Rushmoor area: this is because we are funded by Rushmoor Council to deliver our service, and our resources are limited.

On confirmation of the above, we will reply to your enquiry within 5 working days.   Please note that your name, e-mail address, postal address and postcode are required if you wish us to respond.

If you are from outside the area, you should contact your local CAB for advice.   Their details can be found on www.citizensadvice.org.uk or www.clsdirect.org.uk, (tel 0845 345 4 345) which lists the full range of publicly funded sources of legal advice and help.   If your local CAB does not undertake email enquiries, you should visit, telephone or write to them.
