Telephone advice is available from 9:30 every morning and throughout normal opening hours but during busy periods personal callers take preference and telephone support may be limited.
Also, we give advice by e-mail and normally respond within five working days, but we restrict this help to people living locally.
MAP & DIRECTIONS
Princes Gardens is situated opposite Princes Hall, we are at the far end when viewed from the main entrance of Princes Hall.
By bus
All bus routes to Aldershot are less than ten minutes away but the 'High Street' stop near the back entrance of Marks and Spencers is the closest.
By train
Aldershot Station is 5 - 10 minutes away with trains from Guildford, Waterloo, Alton and Ascot.
By car - when in Aldershot
There are three car parks within 5 minutes of the Bureau, these are Princes Gardens, High Street Multistorey and Warburg Multistorey.   Princes Gardens is the most convenient as it is adjacent to the Bureau, however this is often full whereas the Warburg car park is cheaper and there is always plenty of room in the lower levels.
By car - from outside Aldershot
Map reference SU862509. The Bureau is situated between the A323 Guildford to Fleet road and the High Street.   The directions below are for the Warburg car park.
- From A325 Farnborough - Farnham Road - At the roundabout for the A323, take this dual carriageway for a few hundred yards to meet another roundabout.   Take the third turning for the Warburg car park, the first is to Tescos and the second is the A323.   Almost immediately you come to another roundabout where you go as straight as possible and the Warburg car park is almost immediately on the left.
- From A331 Camberley - Farnham Road - Take the A323 junction towards Aldershot and move to the outside lane to keep straight ahead.   About a mile after the A331 junction you should go under a railway bridge and Aldershot Football Club is on the right.   Go straight across the roundabout and very soon come to another roundabout which can be confusing as it has five turnings but two are almost directly ahead.   Both roads take you to the Bureau but if you take the right hand one (third turning) continue past the High Street car park and you soon come to the exit of the Princes Gardens car park with the Bureau adjacent to it.   For the cheaper Warburg car park continue across the traffic lights and immediatley turn left by the police station and Magistrates Court.   It is not obvious that it is an entrance to a car park but in fact takes you into the back of the Warburg car park.
