Aldershot CAB   -   Farnborough CAB   -   Heathlands CAB

Heathlands CAB is for patients of the Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Trust in the Surrey Heath, Rushmoor and Hart localities.   We work closely with staff in the Community Mental Health Teams and Hospital.   All our advice is by appointment, including outreach at the Ridgewood Centre in Frimley, Willow House in Aldershot and Sycamore House in Camberley

Beech House may be seen from the roundabout at the junction of the Frimley-By-Pass and the B3411 Frimley High Street but it is not obvious so please concentrate on the traffic.

By bus   All bus routes to Frimley are convenient, some go through the High Street whilst others stop by Frimley Park Hospital.

By train   The station is about 5 - 10 minutes away with trains to Ascot, Aldershot and Guildford every 30 minutes.

By car - when in Frimley

1. Nearest car parking - There is limited parking in a small service road just off the junction of the Frimley-By-Pass and B3411.   To access the road take the B3411 towards Frimley but immediately turn left before the Pelican crossing.   The entrance to Reception is through the gap in the privet hedge.

2. Main car park in Church Road - from the roundabout at the junction of the A325 Frimley-By-Pass and the B3411, take the B3411 into Frimley.   In about 100 yards after passing a pelican crossing and Ye Olde White Hart (unfortunately closed and boarded up), turn left at the mini-roundabout into Church Road.   Within another 100 yards turn left immediately past the Childrens Centre (there is a bus stop outside) into the car park.   Beech House is at the far end of the car park with Frith Cottage to your right.   Follow the pathway at the side of the building around to the front where the reception is located.

3. Alternative car parking - Both the above parking areas are often full but there are three free car parks off Frimley High Street as well as street parking in Burleigh Road directly opposite the main car park in Church Road.

By car - from outside Frimley   Map reference SU877581.   Church Road is on the B3411 Camberley to Aldershot, on some older maps (and some internet sites) the part between Frimley and Aldershot is the A321.

1. From M3 Junction 4 - follow the A331 to Farnham but almost immediately turn off on the A325 towards Camberley.   Where the slip road meeds the A325 Frimley-By-Pass move to the outside lane as soon as possible and turn right at the next roundabout which is the B3411 junction.   Follow directions as above.

2. From A331 Farnham - Take the slip road off to the A325 junction to Frimley and turn right at the top of the roundabout to go over the A331.   Go as straight as possible at the next roundabout, (the exit is at about 10 o'clock) and follow the road round a tight right hand bend.   The road goes over the railway with Frimley Station below on the right hand side and you are now in Frimley High Street.   There is a free car park immediately to the left and two other free car parks either side of the mini roundabout within 100 yards.   Go straight across and then bear right at the next mini roundabout into Church Road where you turn left into Beech House car park.
